Quick reference guide
1Keep the same page and device
Leave the saved counts and photos in place when service is interrupted. Do not clear browser data.
2Reconnect and retry
Use Retry or Retry Sync when available. Retry only the remaining failed files or saved submission.
3Verify completion
Wait for server confirmation and check the uploaded documents. Contact support if the same error persists.
